2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
3. Free uses and anti-abuse
Free usage limits are offered at our discretion. We may use verification, fraud-prevention, and bot-protection tools to prevent abuse, duplicate free-use farming, or other misuse.
4. Paid subscriptions
Paid access is billed through Stripe. Pricing, billing interval, renewal, and cancellation are shown at checkout. Subscription access continues according to the active billing status on the account.
5. Content and customer responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing generated copy, captions, hooks, listing information, and any published output before use. AI output may require editing, verification, and compliance review.
6. Ownership
You retain rights to your source materials and business content to the extent you own them. We retain rights in the software, design, code, and service itself.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe rights, upload content you do not have the right to use, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or evade usage limits.
8. Availability
We may change, improve, pause, or remove features at any time, including features marked coming soon or early access.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
